We have our own handymen to address tenant concerns and your maintenance requests.

 

We also have an emergency cell phone number available to all tenants in case of after hours needs.

As a locally owned and operated business in Newark, DE, we are close to you and can work with your rental payments.

 

We can sign leases and accept rent payments in person, electronically or by appointment.

 

Rent can be paid via cash, check, ACH or credit card.

M & R Investors is a family-owned business that owns and manages residential and commercial rental properties.  We have 42 properties with most of them located in downtown Newark, Delaware near the University of Delaware campus and in the Trolley Square area of Wilmington, Delaware. 

We pride ourselves in keeping our apartments/houses in nice condition and responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner. 

To keep our units in great working condition, we utilize our own handymen for most repairs. If there are repairs outside of our scope, we work with a list of local and professional contractors to support our tenants' needs.
